Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Business Office Director to provide strategic leadership of the Community's accounting and human resources operations, ensuring financial accuracy, HR and regulatory compliance, service excellence, and continuous process improvement.

The BOD leads the broader front desk/concierge function and partners with the Executive Director and Corporate teams to achieve community metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the community accounting functions including accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and management reports.
• Oversee resident billing, collections, vendor payments, and maintain resident files.
• Partner with Corporate to facilitate seamless resident billing and payment updates.
• Manage the talent acquisition processes, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and administering background checks and related HR tasks.
• Perform payroll function duties, including generating payroll reports and tracking labor discrepancies.
