PPS Recruitment is seeking a Finance Consultant focusing on collections, lapses and finance operations. You will handle month-end processing, reconciliations and EFT allocations while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• A BCom in Finance or Accounting or an equivalent finance / accounting degree.
• Strong understanding of month-end processes, reconciliations and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned month-end tasks within the close timetable.
• Maintain reconciliations for gross written premium and collections.
• Investigate variances and provide progress updates.
• Support collections, lapses, refunds and EFT processing.
• Respond to finance queries and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
