LHH Recruitment Solutions in Princeton, NJ area is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to join a growing finance team. The role covers expense management, accounts payable, purchasing, corporate credit cards, and general finance operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating across departments to keep financial processes running smoothly. 1–3 years of finance experience and Concur are required, with D365/Business Central preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Concur is required
• Experience with D365 / Business Central (B365) is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and revenue recognition
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and teams across an organization
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and help ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
• Support expense management, including auditing, accruals, and employee inquiries
• Monitor and respond to questions related to expenses and expense reporting
• Support the Purchase Order process, including creation and maintenance
• Assist with corporate credit card administration, including issuance, maintenance, and resolving discrepancies
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with general accounting and finance activities
• Research and resolve financial and expense-related issues
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
