Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accountancy, finance, business or related discipline.
• At least 3 years' experience in finance operations, accounting, payments processing or related functions.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation processes and reporting practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Meticulous and accurate in handling records.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and processing of payments and financial transactions.
• Monitor operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Review supporting documentation and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Assist in resolving payment and operational issues.
