Qualifications

• Monitoring and auditing financial transactions to ensure accuracy (AP/AR, purchasing, cash management).
• Creating and maintaining financial reports and databases (Excel, PeopleSoft).
• Managing, leading, and/or overseeing the work of others (training, advising, reviewing).

Responsibilities

• Provide general supervision, planning, coordination and evaluation of all business activities at Prairie du Chien Correctional Institution.
• Oversee cash management, accounting, store inventories, and purchasing processes.
• Supervise staff assigned to the Business Office and administer LAN.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal controls.
