Qualifications

• Manage budget and fiscal operations including development, purchasing and financial oversight.
• Supervise staff, hire, evaluate performance and assign work.
• Develop and implement office-wide policies and procedures.
• Set performance standards for business offices, food service, and maintenance.
• Plan and modify fiscal operations: budgeting, funding, reporting.
• Promote inclusive practices and collaborative leadership.
