EverStaff, LLC is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support daily operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and GP experience, with a process-oriented approach.

This direct-hire position in Youngstown, OH offers a Monday–Friday schedule, pay of $23 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance and PTO.

Formación

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) is required.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform voucher entry and maintain AP records.
• Complete 3-way invoice matching to verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and build check runs according to established payment schedules.
• Process and cut checks with proper documentation.
• Enter customer payments and process remote deposits; file sales tax returns.
• Enter and maintain employee timesheet information and payroll records; process ACH payroll deposits.
