Job summary

Allied Personnel Services is seeking an Accounting Specialist for a temp-to-hire role with daytime hours 7:30am to 3:00pm. The position pays $25-$27 per hour based on experience and requires solid experience in AP/AR, general ledger, and reporting.

Responsibilities include reviewing general ledger expense accounts, administering AR/AP, billing and collections, cash accounting, and producing accounting reports. An ERP system and advanced MS Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years accounting/AP/AR experience.
• A related degree is preferred.
• Experience using an ERP system and MS Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain general ledger expense accounts
• Administer, review, and process AR and AP
• Administer all aspects of billing and collections
• Perform cash accounting including receipts, disbursements, and bank reconciliations
• Produce various accounting and financial reports
