Job summary

Grey seeks a Finance & Reconciliation Associate to support daily finance operations, payments processing, reconciliations, settlements and month-end close, ensuring accurate records and timely handling of exceptions.

You will maintain bank, wallet and ledger records, support AP/AR schedules, assist with tax, audit and management reporting, and collaborate with Operations, Treasury and payment partners to drive automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, accounting, reconciliation, audit or a related role.
• Strong Excel skills including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS and data reconciliation techniques.
• Good understanding of bank reconciliations, general-ledger accounting and Finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank, wallet, payment processor and general-ledger reconciliations.
• Reconcile customer deposits, withdrawals and bill-payment transactions.
• Maintain Accounts Payable invoices and supporting documentation.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reconciliations and schedules.
• Prepare month-end bank, wallet, processor and balance-sheet reconciliation schedules.
