qlub is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations & Recon Specialist to manage reconciliation, merchant settlements, reporting, and day-to-day finance tasks. You will ensure accuracy across payment data and partner systems while supporting month-end close and audit trails.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Account Management to resolve discrepancies, improve controls, and streamline processes for faster settlements and reliable financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in reconciliation or finance operations.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in fintech/payments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile transaction and settlement records across internal systems and payment providers.
• Monitor merchant settlements and identify missing, delayed, duplicated, or incorrect payments.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Prepare Statements of Account and financial reports.
• Manage finance-related merchant inquiries through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, supporting documents, and audit trails.
• Support month-end reconciliation and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Account Management, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Recommend improvements to financial controls and operational processes.
