Qualifications

• 3+ years of transactional accounting and accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and GAAP basics.

Responsibilities

• Post and code invoices for payment across multiple companies.
• Reconcile open voucher reports and vendor statements monthly.
• Record credit card transactions and manage expense reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and 1099 processing.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.
