Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle to oversee accounts receivable, collections, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned customer accounts in an on-site Los Angeles setting. The role interfaces with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to resolve issues and strengthen controls.

The candidate will monitor balances, resolve billing inquiries, analyze collection performance, and support month-end closing with extensive Excel and ERP system use (Oracle/SAP).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with financial forecasting, financial reporting, and working capital management.
• Experience using Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments, organizational levels, and time zones.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, accountability, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support effective internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and collections for assigned portfolios.
• Monitor AR aging, identify overdue balances, escalate risks.
• Research and resolve invoice, payments, and billing inquiries.
• Analyze payment trends and collection performance.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation into billing systems.
• Prepare monthly cash forecasts and variance analysis.
• Maintain weekly and monthly collection reporting packages.
• Participate in cash forecasting calls and collection reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations to resolve disputes.
• Support month-end closing and internal controls.
• Perform credit checks and mitigate credit risks.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
