Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Shared Service Manager for Finance Operations in the energy sector to lead the shared services team responsible for AP, AR, payroll, and cash applications. You will ensure accuracy, internal control compliance, and efficient month-end close processes.

You will drive SOX and SEC reporting, leverage NetSuite and other financial systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a financial operations role within a shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, cash applications, reconciliations, vendor and customer master data, and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shared service functions (AP/AR, cash applications, payroll, reconciliations).
• Ensure accuracy of vendor and customer master data.
• Maintain internal controls and SLAs compliance.
• Ensure adherence to SOX and other financial regulations.
• Manage month-end close processes and related reporting.
• Oversee SEC reporting and compliance.
• Utilize NetSuite and other financial systems to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to align finance with company objectives.
• Identify and implement improvements to shared service processes.
