Dandy is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance Operations to lead accounts payable, billing and collections across the US, Philippines and Colombia. You’ll own procure-to-pay and order-to-cash end‑to‑end, building controls to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.

You will lead high‑volume processes, implement automation in NetSuite, and drive DSO improvements while partnering with Treasury and senior leadership. Local and international teams require scalable governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, GL exposure, and public accounting is a plus.
• 3+ years leading AP, AR or shared services teams.
• Hands-on understanding of how AP/AR affects the GL, accruals and revenue.

Responsabilités

• Own the full procure-to-pay cycle, including vendor setup, invoicing and payments.
• Manage billing, collections and cash applications with aging analysis.
• Design and document controls over P2P and O2C for audit readiness.
• Lead AP and billing teams with SOPs, training and quality checks.
• Automate invoice capture, approvals and collections workflows.
• Set and report metrics like DSO, match rate and cost per transaction.
