Job summary

Lumafield in Boston is seeking a Manager, Accounting & Finance Operations to lead collections, AR, and the AP/purchasing function, building scalable, audit-ready workflows.

You'll own cash collection, optimize DSO, oversee Ramp and NetSuite integrations, and guide the transition from current systems while leveraging AI to automate recurring work. A hands-on leader with GAAP expertise is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience administering finance systems and GL integrations (NetSuite/Ramp).
• Hands-on AR collections with measurable results (DSO reduction).
• Audit-ready workpapers and direct interaction with external auditors.
• Experience owning revenue operations, AP, and purchasing.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606/842, and finance automation.

Responsibilities

• Own AR/collections, billing, cash application, and aging management.
• Lead AP/purchasing strategy, vendor onboarding, and 1099 compliance.
• Oversee Ramp/NetSuite integration and data flow, automate workflows.
• Own monthly close, revenue recognition, and tax compliance with audits.
• Drive AI-enabled process improvements and scalable controls.
