The ideal candidate has at least five years of accounting experience, strong detail orientation, and effective communication with senior management. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration across departments to enhance reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and regulations.
• Proven experience with journal entries, AP, AR, internal controls, audit support, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in policy development.
• Provide audit support and liaise with external auditors.
• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements and analysis for senior management.
• Collaborate with departments to improve reporting and drive performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
