Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Finance Operations professional to oversee accounting, tax, financial plans, and policies. The role includes managing rebates, billing, accounts payable, and travel & expense, with strong emphasis on SAP, Vistex, data analysis, and internal controls.

You will collaborate across departments to ensure accurate processing and reporting. The position requires 4+ years in finance-related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work ET business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years in finance, audit, accounting, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with SAP, Vistex, contracts, data analysis, and data mining.
• Strong Excel, Business Objects, and reporting skills.
• Experience in transactional finance with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate setup of GPO Admin Fees and Rebates in SAP and perform reconciliations.
• Enhance reporting capabilities for internal and external customers.
• Create and schedule rebate and GPO Admin Fee reporting to support transparency.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Standards & Compliance to address customer needs.
• Lead complex customer setup activities with management.
• Investigate issues via root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain and strengthen the internal SOX control framework.
• Identify and implement process improvements and drive standardization across areas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate transaction processing with Sales, Legal, etc.
• Lead and support offshore teams and partner with other CAH departments.
