Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in financial analysis, reconciliation, or related roles.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and reconciliation functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex pharmaceutical rebate reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve payment disputes.
• Provide coaching/training and SME to analysts.
• Lead cross-functional projects, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency through automation, financial controls, and continuous improvement.
• Develop business requirements, documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
• Perform analysis, reporting, testing, and root cause investigations to support business objectives.
