LHH US seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager in Dallas, TX to lead a high-volume AP team onsite. You will drive process improvements, manage onshore and offshore resources, and partner with Treasury, Tax, IT, and Procurement to optimize AP workflows.

You will oversee payments, month-end close, controls, and reporting while advancing automation and scalability within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years' progressive accounts payable experience.
• 2+ years AP supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience leading internal and offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of AP lifecycle: PO/ non-PO, matching, vendor maintenance, payments, month-end close.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials or similar ERP.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and audit support.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily AP operations in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Develop onshore team and coordinate with offshore support.
• Ensure invoices, payment runs, vendor requests, and month-end activities are accurate and timely.
• Monitor AP workloads, aging, exceptions, and unresolved items to prevent backlogs.
• Oversee multiple payment methods (ACH, wires, checks, electronic payments).
• Handle escalated vendor and internal issues.
• Maintain strong controls around payments, approvals, vendor changes, and sensitive banking data.
• Support audits and ensure AP documentation is accurate.
