Job summary

Dutchie is seeking a Financial Operations Intern to assist our Finance and Accounting teams with billing, cash application, collections, and partner payments. This part-time role (~30 hours/week) offers hands-on exposure in a fast-paced environment and reports to the Revenue Lead.

You will support collections, cash reconciliation, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Excel skills and interest in AI tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with billing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist collections and cash application efforts with customers.
• Prepare reports on payment status and cash reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and AR reconciliation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on payment inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve order-to-cash processes.
