You will collaborate with Finance and Customer Success to ensure smooth procedures, with exposure to billing systems and reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone to communicate past due balances and expiring methods of payment.
• Manage and update automated customer notes within our billing system.
• Prepare and process customer account closure requests.
• Compile, organize, and review at-risk client data for Finance leadership.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with team members across Finance and Customer Success to ensure smooth operations.
