We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented college student to join our team as a part-time Finance & Operations Intern. This role offers hands‑on experience and the opportunity to support our Director of Finance & Operations across a variety of impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting and monthly statement preparation
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Help manage accounts payable and receivable
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Maintain and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Perform data entry, database updates, and file organization
• Support the development of internal reports and presentations
• Assist the Director of Finance & Operations on special projects as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing small business
