Qualifications

• Assist Finance and Accounting with administrative duties.
• Support IDR operations, including new customer setup and maintenance of customer records.
• Serve as a contact for IDR inquiries and escalate to Leadership.
• Record remittance data promptly and ensure payments post correctly.
• Reconcile IDR accounts and research discrepancies.
• Provide collections support and follow up on payments.
• Process AP voucher uploads and verify supporting documents.
• Support ad hoc financial projects as needed.
• Provide clerical support to the finance and accounting department.

Responsibilities

• Assist the finance team with administrative duties and clerical tasks.
• Manage IDR customer records and respond to inquiries timely.
• Record and post remittances, flag unapplied receipts for research.
• Reconcile IDR accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Support collections and process AP vouchers as needed.
