Job summary

Artemis Real Estate Partners, a Barings company, is seeking an Associate to support the Finance and Operations team in preparing financial planning, analysis, and reporting materials. The role reports to the Managing Director on the Finance and Accounting team and collaborates with senior leadership to enhance forecasting and reporting processes.

The position requires strong Excel modeling, data analysis, and communication skills, with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, or similar finance roles.
• Strong background in financial modeling, variance analysis and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting processes for the investment advisor and service providers, including GL, A/P and A/R.
• Maintain financial models for revenue and expense projections.
• Monitor performance versus budget and forecast.
• Coordinate with Barings accounting and third-party providers on accounting and tax matters.
• Prepare cash flow projections for related entities as required.
• Complete ad-hoc analyses and reporting requests for senior leadership.
• Analyze revenue drivers, cost trends, and profitability to identify key business drivers.
• Partner with leadership to communicate financial results and provide actionable insights.
