Barings, in partnership with Artemis Real Estate Partners, seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to support the Finance and Operations team in Chevy Chase, MD. You will prepare financial planning, analysis, and reporting materials, support budgeting and forecasting, and maintain financial models to drive informed decisions.

The role reports to the Managing Director on the Finance and Accounting team and collaborates with senior leadership to improve reporting processes and ensure compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, or a similar finance role.
• Strong background in financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with financial accounting software; Workday experience preferred.
• Ability to present complex data to senior management in a clear format.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting processes for the investment advisor and captive service providers (GL, AP, AR).
• Maintain financial models for the investment advisor, including revenue and expense projections.
• Monitor performance versus budget and forecast.
• Coordinate with Barings accounting and third-party providers on accounting and tax matters.
• Prepare cash flow projections for related entities.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Analyze revenue drivers, cost trends, and profitability to identify key drivers.
• Partner with leaders to communicate financial results and provide insights.
