Barings LLC is seeking an Associate Director for Global Client Operations in Charlotte, NC or Springfield, MA. The role oversees multiple portfolios, client reporting, and support for internal and external clients within the private investment platform, including Real Estate Debt and Real Estate Equity.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on private investments.
• Experience in fund accounting and preparation of financial statements is preferred.
• Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accounting and fiduciary responsibilities over firm’s private investments including real estate and commercial mortgage loans.
• Work effectively with third party service providers
• Maintain the general ledger and sub-ledgers; prepare and review trial balances
• Perform quarterly close processes and ensure timely client deliverables
• Produce client reports and account-level financial metrics; interact with senior management and investment teams
