Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Accounting or related education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
• Familiar with BGEA financial systems including Microsoft Dynamics and Datahaven.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Accounts Payable items for payment comply with BGEA’s financial policies.
• Reviews team mailbox, distributing and routing items as necessary.
• Reviews AP items for proper coding and resolves questions prior to posting.
• Reviews vendor statements for outstanding items and coordinates with vendors.
• Assists AR Coordinator with daily deposit entries from Bookstores and Food Services.
• Process Accounts Receivable deposits as needed.
