Job summary

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Limited is seeking a Payroll Systems Associate to ensure payroll and timekeeping systems operate to the ministry’s needs.

You will collaborate with IT and external vendors to configure software for the biweekly payroll cycle, maintain data accuracy, and generate reports for multiple jurisdictions. A bachelor degree and 3+ years in payroll support are required, with strict confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supporting payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of payroll data.
• Knowledge of IRS and state payroll regulations.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports payroll team by ensuring timekeeping and payroll software meet needs.
• Supports Senior Payroll Systems Analyst on software projects.
• Runs reports, validates data, reconciles data, and prepares data for jurisdiction reporting.
• Assists with troubleshooting system questions for biweekly payroll.
• Collaborates with IT to identify fixes and improvements.
• Stays up to date on payroll compliance across all 50 states; coordinates with Legal as needed.
• Configures tax updates and integrations; creates reports.
• Configures reports to streamline timekeeping and payroll processes.
• Other duties as assigned
