The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is seeking a Payroll Systems Associate to ensure payroll and timekeeping systems operate smoothly, collaborating with IT and external vendors to optimize our biweekly payroll process.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Payroll/Timekeeping experience, confidentiality, and strong knowledge of IRS/state payroll regulations to support ministry needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supporting Payroll and Timekeeping systems.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Maintains absolute confidentiality of payroll and staff information.
• Knowledge of IRS and state payroll regulations.
• Strong number aptitude, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear written and oral communication with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Support Payroll team by ensuring timekeeping and payroll software meet needs.
• Assist Senior Payroll Systems Analyst on configuring and testing functionality.
• Run reports, validate data, reconcile and prepare data for jurisdictions.
• Troubleshoot system questions related to biweekly payroll processes.
• Collaborate with IT to identify fixes and system improvements.
• Stay updated on compliance requirements across all 50 states with Legal liaison as needed.
• Assist with tax updates and integrations configuration and testing.
• Configure reports to streamline timekeeping and payroll processes.
