Innova Solutions is hiring an Operations Analyst for Banking, Accounting, & Finance in Salt Lake City on a 6-month contract. The role emphasizes end-to-end trade lifecycle knowledge, custody and settlement accuracy, and strong data skills in Excel and BI tools. Onsite: 5 days.

The ideal candidate will have experience with automation and analytics tools (Alteryx/Tableau/Python/SQL or RPA) to drive workflow scalability and risk control.

Qualifications

• Exposure to automation and BI tools to drive scalability.
• Strong attention to detail in custody and settlement tasks.
• Ability to interface with front office and back/middle office teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end trade lifecycle (execution, clearing, settlement, custody).
• Manage trade breaks and settlement exceptions.
• Maintain robust control environments to prevent operational breaks.
• Leverage Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) for data manipulation.
• Support process improvements and scalability initiatives.
