• Familiarity with equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and retirement/IRA products.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear, professional communication and quick learning on the job.
• Longer workdays may be required during the project.

We're hiring Operations Analysts for a fast-moving project supporting the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) operations team at a leading global financial institution. This team works closely with the business and partner groups to support growth while keeping strong risk controls in place around advisor-led investment products.

The basics:

• Pay: $23/hour
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: through year-end, with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs
• Location: Downtown Salt Lake City, fully onsite, 5 days a week
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-5:00pm MDT (some flexibility to start at 7:30am). Longer days are expected

What we're looking for:

• Familiarity with equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and retirement/IRA products
