Job summary

This in-office role sits at the center of trade processing, with a focus on foreign exchange, keeping trades, cash movements, and client records accurate, timely, and well controlled.

You will process and settle FX trades, resolve client questions, research breaks, coordinate with treasury, and drive improvements to reduce risk and manual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong control and risk mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with several processing cutoffs.
• Desire to continuously improve processes and reduce manual work.
• Hands-on FX or trade operations experience preferred; VBA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle FX trades with counterparties and client service teams.
• Investigate and resolve client questions and day-to-day issues; escalate when needed.
• Research breaks in internal records and drive resolution.
• Coordinate with treasury and cash teams to release funds and manage large transfers.
• Evaluate workflows and propose improvements to lower risk and manual work.
• Guide clients toward better service and operational outcomes.
