You will identify opportunities to automate recurring activities, conduct market analyses, and create decision-support dashboards across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update business information, reporting materials, and content supporting a range of financial products and internal stakeholders.
• Work with product and business teams to improve workflows, processes, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring activities through automation and other efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis on market developments, industry trends, and competitive activity to support business initiatives.
• Create reporting, dashboards, and analytical materials to support decision-making across relevant business functions.
• Assist with ongoing operational activities, including reporting, data monitoring, and tracking of business activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to gather information and support ongoing business initiatives.
• Assist with information requests, questionnaires, due diligence materials, and documentation for business partners.
• Support special projects, analytical requests, and strategic initiatives as priorities evolve.
• Maintain meeting notes, track deliverables, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure projects and action items remain on schedule.
