Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial markets or a trading environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interacting with trading and/or technology groups; ability to gather and communicate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform intraday and next-day trade reconciliation; ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Calculate and reconcile daily P&L; reconcile invoices with exchanges and counterparties.
• Identify and resolve daily trade and settlement breaks; analyze root causes.
• Understand trade lifecycle from execution to final settlement; monitor fees.
• Collaborate with IT and Trading to ensure proper trade flow and onboarding.
• Liaise with clearing firms; open accounts; execute position, trade, and cash transfers.
• Monitor account balances and margin requirements with Risk.
• Analyze large datasets; create recurring and ad hoc reports; support operations.
• Maintain automation mindset; identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally to improve quality and efficiency across teams.
• Interact with risk, compliance, finance, and legal topics; learn new tools and procedures.
