Biotech Solutions LLC seeks a Finance and Operations Administrator to serve as the administrative backbone at the Littleton, CO office. You will oversee day-to-day financial workflows, including AP/AR, job costing, and tiered service invoicing, while supporting the operational mechanics of our plumbing and bioremediation teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in office administration, bookkeeping, or operations support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer main phone line and manage customer service requests.
• Provide calm contact for clients facing urgent plumbing emergencies.
• Schedule and oversee subcontractor schedules and workflows.
• Respond rapidly to emergencies and resume core tasks efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to optimize procedures and communications.
• Manage AR and invoicing workflows with QuickBooks Online.
• Process payroll using Paycor and assist with commissions.
• Coordinate vendor payments and bank feed coding.
