Job summary

Deloitte France seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Enterprise Operations as a Service Finance Operate team, delivering finance operate solutions across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and FP&A.

You will assess client needs, shape opportunities, design transitions, and manage engagements with a focus on automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations. The role emphasizes leadership and coaching of junior professionals to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting business processes or similar delivery roles.
• 3+ years as a delivery lead or similar on finance managed services engagements.
• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ professionals in a client/service environment.
• Experience in at least two areas: P2P, OTC, R2R, or FP&A.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess client finance operating model needs and technology environments.
• Support business development, including shaping opportunities and pricing inputs.
• Design Finance Operate solutions across multiple finance domains.
• Manage engagement delivery including quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive operational improvements through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations.
• Build relationships and coach junior professionals while contributing to practice growth.
