Job summary
Deloitte, a leader in Finance Transformation, seeks an experienced Operational Finance Transformation Manager to guide global engagements across end-to-end Finance processes, AI-enabled operating models, and ERP-enabled solutions. You will shape future-state designs, roadmaps, and governance while driving value realization.
You will mentor teams, collaborate with CFO/CAO stakeholders, and help clients embed scalable Finance capabilities with human-AI workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years in consulting, professional services, or advisory roles.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience transforming Finance operations (Invoice to Pay, Invoice to Cash, Record to Report).
- Experience with ERP-enabled Finance operations and related platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex engagements for global organizations in Finance transformation.
- Design future-state processes and operating models; implement tech solutions.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value realization plans.
- Design governance, controls, and performance measures for AI-enabled workflows.
- Mentor teams and contribute to proposals and pursuits.
