Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a senior AI Finance Transformation professional to help design and deliver AI-enabled finance solutions. You will work on data, automation, and generative AI across planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, and profitability processes, translating client needs into scalable designs.

You will Partner with developers, lead technical discovery sessions, and guide data pipelines on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• 4+ years of software development experience using Python or similar languages.
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines with vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience with Python and SQL on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of finance transformation solutions using data, automation, ML, and generative/agentic AI.
• Architect AI solutions across infrastructure, model, and application layers for finance use cases (planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, close, consolidations).
• Translate requirements into AI-related design and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with developers to build AI-enabled solutions and provide guidance throughout development and testing.
• Develop data, analytics, and AI assets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Assist in client workshops, solution demos, testing, deployment, and communications.
• Identify delivery risks and track dependencies across cross-functional teams.
