Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant for its GBS Operational Finance Transformation team in the United States. You will help modernize Finance operations, including Invoice to Pay, Invoice to Cash, and Record to Report, using ERP, automation, analytics, and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of consulting or industry experience in Finance Operations, shared services, or transformation.
• Experience analyzing, designing, or implementing business processes and governance.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for client-ready analyses.
• Exposure to ERP, BI tools, automation, or AI use cases in Finance Operations.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance transformation initiatives to improve end-to-end operations, operating models, and service delivery.
• Prepare materials for meetings, workshops, and client presentations; track issues, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
• Analyze current-state processes and governance to identify improvement opportunities across IFRS/Record to Report.
• Develop future-state process designs incorporating ERP, workflow, automation, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Research generative AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics use cases in Finance Operations.
• Document hybrid human-AI workflows and determine where humans or AI should act.
• Evaluate platforms and solutions to move from pilots to scalable capabilities.
• Contribute to governance considerations for AI/automation in Finance Operations.
