Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in finance and accounting BPO/managed services/operational delivery.
• 3+ years as delivery lead or equivalent in large finance engagements.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ professionals.
• Experience delivering managed services or BPO in at least 2 finance areas.
• Travel up to 25% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assessing client finance operating model needs and technology environments.
• Supporting business development activities including proposals, staffing, and pricing inputs.
• Designing Finance Operate solutions across multiple finance domains and transition planning.
• Managing engagement delivery across quality, risk, timelines, and resources.
• Driving improvements through process optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations.
• Mentoring junior professionals and building client relationships.
• Leading projects or workstreams and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
