Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to join the Enterprise Operations as a Service Finance Operate team in the United States. You will lead delivery of finance operations engagements, assess client operating models, shape proposals, and design end-to-end Finance Operate solutions across multiple finance domains.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and performance, and drive automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in finance and accounting outsourcing, managed services, shared services, or operate delivery.
• 3+ years as a delivery lead or similar on finance managed services or large-scale finance engagements.
• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ professionals in client service or BPO environments.
• Experience delivering managed services in at least 2 of P2P, O2C, R2R, or FP&A.
• Ability to travel ~25% average.

Responsibilities

• Assess client finance operating model needs, processes, service expectations, and tech environments.
• Support business development: opportunity shaping, proposals, staffing, solution design, pricing inputs.
• Design Finance Operate solutions across finance domains, including transition planning and steady-state delivery.
• Manage engagement delivery: quality, risk, timelines, financial performance, resource coordination.
• Drive operational improvement via automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations.
• Mentor junior professionals and contribute to practice growth.
• Build relationships across client, account, and delivery teams.
