Job summary

RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. is seeking a Master Data Specialist responsible for governance, accuracy, and maintenance of core data across ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP. You will ensure high-quality master data to support seamless operations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Production.

The role sits within Engineering (or Supply Chain) with alignment to IT/MIS and Finance, collaborating across Operations, Finance, and IT to standardize data and support ERP migrations.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in Master Data / ERP / Operations / Planning roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Infor, Priority, etc.).
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and manufacturing processes.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update core master data entities including suppliers, items, BOMs, price lists, and accounts.
• Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and naming conventions; establish validation rules and approval workflows.
• Act as the data focal point between Operations, Finance, and IT for data topics.
• Support ERP implementation projects and data migration: extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading; validate migrated data and assist UAT.
• Ensure timely data availability to support orders, procurement, production, and finance; troubleshoot master data issues.

Job description

The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the governance, accuracy, and maintenance of core business data across ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP). This role ensures high-quality master data to support seamless business operations and reliable transactional processing across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

The position will sits within Engineering (or Supply Chain) with strong alignment to IT/MIS and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Master Data Management

• Maintain and update core master data entities including:
• Suppliers, items, BOMs/product structures, price lists, and accounts & Customer
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
• Support ongoing data cleansing and standardization initiatives

2. Data Governance & Quality Control

• Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and naming conventions
• Establish validation rules and approval workflows for new/changed records

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the focal point between Operations, Finance, and IT for data-related topics
• Support business users in data setup and issue resolution
• Align data structures with ERP best practices (minimal customization approach)

4. ERP Implementation & Migration Support

• Support ERP implementation projects (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP)
• Participate in data migration activities:
• Data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading
• Validate migrated data and support UAT cycles

5. Operational Support

• Ensure timely data availability to support transactions (orders, procurement, production, finance)
• Troubleshoot master data issues impacting business processes
• Continuously improve data processes and automation
