Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership through internships, campus involvement, or prior work experience.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers to identify financial risks and opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Manage Finance professionals, providing direction and development for team members.
• Oversee and ensure completion of reporting, close, forecast, planning, and cash management tasks across properties.
