Participants learn through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on management while working toward meaningful client outcomes and community impact. Starts mid-2026 with potential relocation and growth opportunities within Aramark’s Student Nutrition programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teammates using Aramark's coaching model.
• Reward and recognize employees.
• Ensure team performance meets client objectives.
• Plan and lead daily team briefings.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Identify client needs and report progress.
• Maintain and complete P&L statements.
• Deliver client and company financial targets.
• Educate teams on levers to improve margins.
• Improve operations using cost controls and productivity best practices.
• Ensure team is trained and able to implement standards.
• Supervise production, quality, and control.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow all policies (safety, wage, hour).
• Lead the front of the house with the Dining operation and coordinate activities to deliver finished products.
