Job summary

Aramark is launching its Management Accelerator Program (MAP), an entry-level leadership pathway designed to develop the next generation of Aramark leaders. Participants rotate through Lines of Business focusing on Food & Hospitality, Facilities, or Refreshments at client sites across the United States.

The role combines hands-on experience with leadership development, mentorship, and cohort-based learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed prior to program start.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships or campus involvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and operational leadership during the MAP.
• Partner with general managers and leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Assist in daily/weekly reporting, month-end close, forecasts, and planning tasks.
• Assist with SOX controls and audit preparation.
