Job summary

Aramark is launching the 2027 Management Accelerator Program – Operations, designed to grow entry-level leaders across the U.S. in Food & Hospitality, Facilities, or Refreshments services. You will lead teams, learn operations, and advance through mentorship and cohort-based learning.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with leadership potential, ready to manage operations from day one, and willing to participate in development programming and leadership summits as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed prior to program start in Hospitality, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, campus activities, or work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise frontline team members on assigned shifts, including scheduling and feedback.
• Support day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Apply Aramark operating standards and client requirements.
• Contribute to labor management, cost controls and client satisfaction metrics.
