Qualifications

• Leadership experience demonstrated through internships, campus involvement, or prior work.
• Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers and business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities, make recommendations, and drive positive financial outcomes.
• Manage one or more Finance professionals, providing direction and support; develop team members for career growth and succession planning.
• Oversee and ensure successful completion of Daily & Weekly Reporting, Month-End Close, Monthly Forecast, CAPEX Planning & Spend, Annual Operating Plan, Client Deliverables, A/P, A/R, Cash & Banking, and assigned Tax & Compliance tasks for all properties.
• Accommodate internal and external auditors.
• Ensure proper internal controls to support SOX compliance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
