Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for high‑volume warehouse operations in the United States. You will partner with the GM and Controller to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic cost insights.

The role covers both Ohio and Kentucky locations, requiring collaboration with cross‑functional teams and strong controls alignment with SOX and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or operations finance.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor models, and cost drivers.
• Ability to influence non-financial leaders and communicate complex data clearly.
• In-depth understanding of financial concepts.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment and communicate at multiple levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead Financial Planning & Performance Management — budgets, forecasts, KPI reporting to support decision making.
• Manage Customer Billing & Financial Controls — billing accuracy, cost accounting, SOX compliance.
• Drive Operational Cost & Productivity Optimization — monitor labor, transport, inventory, and PO receipting.
• Partner with Operations to Improve Business Performance — provide financial analyses and ROI modeling.
• Oversee Vendor, Capital & Investment Management — evaluate spend and capex approvals.
