Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in implementing GDP and broader GxP quality requirements across operational and documentation workflows.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure full, efficient operation of the assigned area.
• Supervise and develop team performance through training, coaching, and motivation.
• Ensure GDP compliance and that warehouse processes, records, and documentation meet required standards.
