Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in West Jefferson, Ohio, is seeking a General Manager to lead the facility's end-to-end operations and performance. You will drive production planning, staffing, budgeting, and customer service excellence while building bench strength and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma, manage P&Ls, and collaborate with HR to align people, processes, and metrics with our strategic goals, delivering safe, efficient logistics for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in warehousing.
• 7+ years of management experience; 3PL experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement.
• Experience supporting DEI programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations ensuring full and efficient site performance.
• Plan, staff, balance workloads to meet production and delivery goals.
• Manage budgets, P&Ls, and metrics; drive data-driven optimization.
• Collaborate with HR and customers to maintain service standards and relationships.
